It is very nice I will stay again. The only problem is had is the shower hot water didn't get very hot. And in the middle of the shower it went cold. And the heater didn't go higher then 76. And it was very loud when it come on. But other then that it was a very great stay. And when I booked it I asked for a ground floor and was in the second floor. The room was 185.

We visited Albuquerque during the peak season (Balloon Fiesta) and hotels were very expensive. This one seemed affordable but after reading the reviews I was very hesitant. I'm glad we went for it. The first 3 nights we stayed in a bedroom with a stong tobacco odor (226). We were switched to a more bigger room (220) that smelled fresh and was bigger. The service was pretty good and the parking spots were always available. The area is very conveniently located right off the freeway. There are many restaurants nearby and a Starbucks just across the street. We'd definitely recommend.

The room wasn’t too bad and was nice to have a full kitchen. The shower was kind of weird and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The A/c was super loud every time it would come on, sounded like a plane taking off, so that was annoying to wake up to frequently throughout the night. The location is alright. Not a bad area but not a nice one either. It was good for a cheaper place to sleep without being in too terrible of an area.

I first stayed there for a week in 2000. It has been kept up pretty well. I urge you to recover the seats of the stools. They're in terrible shape. I also suggest you take out the waterproof pad in the bed so your guest don't sweat so much at night.

This place feels more like a comfy apartment complex than a hotel and not in a negative way at all. For the cheap price I got a whole kitchen in my room which I rarely experience with hotel/motel rooms. The outside areas are maintained and feel less like a hotel and more like a homey type of place to stay. I don’t usually enjoy motel/hotel stays due to how temporary they feel if that makes sense, “in and out” type of feel to majority of motels/hotels but this felt very snug and enjoyable.
