We had a wonderful experience staying at the Studio East motel. Rooms were clean, staff were very attentive and pleasant. The location was perfect as we walked to everything. The beach was a 10 min walk. ||We would absolutely stay there again.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting Ogunquit for many years. The unit was impeccably clean and comfortable. The small kitchenette was appreciated. The Location couldn’t be beat. Do yourself a favor and try Studio East. A great staff will welcome you.

You simply can't go wrong with the amazing little gem right in the heart of the town. I decided to take a spur of the moment trip with my dog for my birthday without a reservation. When I checked in, Stacy ( not sure how she spells it) was so friendly and nice and gave me "The Apartment" which is the best room they have and she gave me a great price and wished me a Happy Birthday. She is a true gem and made this a very excellent 2 night stay. The whole staff is great! I have stayed here many times and you can't go wrong here no matter what room you have. Thank you for being pet friendly!

We stayed at the Studio East Motel this past weekend. The motel is situated nicely to the beach. We stayed in Suite 239. It seemed decently clean besides some staining on the couch. The first night stay was OK.|The second night we came back to the room at night flicked the lights on and saw bugs on the bed. I killed one and my wife saw another that was on a pillow and moved the pillow to the floor. There may have been others but I got a shot of the pillow one which looked like a bed bug to me. I am very aware of bed bugs as a friend got them from a hotel room and it cost thousands of dollars of remediation to get them out of their house once they got home. I took a picture of the bug on the pillow which I will attach to this review and scanned it through ChatGPT which confirmed it

My spouse and I love the Studio East, having stayed on several occasions over the past fifteen years. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with easy adjacent parking. We tend to park once, and spend our time on foot...whether going to the beach (located an easy ten minute walk away), exploring the village, walking the Marginal Way, or enjoying one of the superb local cafes, bakery, or restaurants. During our most recent visit, our room had a small convenient kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, sink, and dishes. Perfect for us.|As Canadians, however, we find ourselves in a position to be rethinking our Maine visits for at least the time being, and we will miss them tremendously... at very least until the U.S. president's policies are rendered more respectful, and friendly to our nation, and to
