Studio 6 Yukon, OK

I’ve stayed at this motel 3 different times and each time it’s gone downhill in cleanliness and service! The last two times they’ve had problems with the tv not working and I’ve been without a tv until they get around and replace the tv after several hours later. The nasty flimsy bedspreads have cigarette burn holes in them and the blanket is disgusting foam that has been dried too much and like cardboard. I had my curtain open just a foot when a man in a hoodie put his face against my window peeping in two different times early yesterday morning and the woman owner at the desk said so what did he pull a gun on you or did he hurt you??? She was screaming and yelling at me telling me so what??? I’m a 70 year old woman and I’m even tempered but this woman owner wouldn’t quit screaming at me

Couple that owns the hotel are shady and fake. Got sent here for a work trip for two weeks. Last minute, job sent me somewhere else so I overbooked one extra week. I went downstairs to front desk and spoke to “the wife” of the owner of the hotel. She seemed nice and understanding of the situation. She said she was unable to authorize any refunds. ONLY HER HUSBAND could. And that I would have to contact my bank for any refunds. I contacted my bank and they told me that she declined my refund request. It just seems that either hotel staff are lying to avoid giving me an honest answer about the refund. Or they’re just so undertrained that they thought I would have gotten a refund. I just don’t understand why front desk made it seem like I would get refunded if I contacted my bank just for the

Positive: Conveniently located. Negative: Bedspread had unknown stains on them. Room 103. Expecting the normal toiletries you would find in a motel room. I was severely disappointed. No shampoo or bodywash. Just a single packaged tiny bar of soap that just caked my hair in residue.

We went to see about booking a room for a future date and the man was not friendly at all. He acted like we were bothering him... (Maybe he was just having a bad day)||The room was clean but |kind of small. We decided to go with comfort inn next door. The service was much friendlier!

Fast service at the office which was great since it was late. Giving it a 1 star because the king bed room we stayed in had cockroaches specially in the bathroom, coffee maker didn’t work and the floor was super dirty not even mopped or swept. Bed was okey and A/C worked great.
