Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Yukon

Booked through a 3rd party for the first week of the stay due to work, and came down to the front desk to re book my stay when i found out i would be staying for another month and a half, i also went to book at the front desk so i could get rewards and start building up points. Only to find out they messed up and tell me i cant earn any rewards even if i book at the front desk , didnt get much help from corporate or the front just kept getting spun in circles saying contact this person and contact that person and they send me back and forth between corporate and the hotel itself going nowhere. On top of that the TV in my room didnt work properly told them about it and they said they would have it looked at and they did nothing, also the internet hardly ever works most of the time overall n

By far the most comfortable hotel stay we've had in ages. Staff was extremely helpful and rooms were impeccable in every way . This one is quite literally in the midst or across the street from any restaurant or business you could ever want to visit, right in the heart of Yukon! Breakfast buffet is included in your hotel stay too! We'll definitely be staying here again for the relaxation!

After traveling for 8 hours we were rudely told we could not stay at this property because it wasn’t pet friendly. The problem is our dog is a registered service dog covered under ADA laws. The General Manager, Melvin Wilson, said to me, there’s no such thing and you have to leave! Now, this is after we checked in, and prior to checking in I called the hotel to alert them to our situation. I do this every time to make sure that the hotel is aware of our needs, and to provide them with an opportunity to express to me any concerns. Up until this hotel I’ve never had an issue and we’ve stayed at many, many Marriott properties over the past 5 years with our service dog. ||||So, there we are stuck in Yukon, OK, just outside Oklahoma City, with no place to stay. The stress it created

The Marriott was right off the exit. It was by a very nice shopping center with lots of choices for meals. We could easily walk from the parking lot. The Inn was very clean and bright. Our room was quiet and had everything we could need. Breakfast was excellent. We had many choices. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a Starbucks directly across the street to get a drink before going on our trip. The only issue was extensive road being done in front but we really didn't have any trouble getting to the Marriott. Just took a little longer. We will stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a slight problem with the air conditioner leaking water, but the hotel took care of it immediately. We were offered a new room, but it wasn’t that big of an inconvenience. My grandkids loved the pool although it was small. The free breakfast was a nice addition with choices to please everyone. They offered a great cup of coffee all day. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Great value.
