Wonderful place to stay with family. Clean and roomy spaces!! The staff was supper delightful. We met Elida when we arrived at high traffic time 5:15pm... she was excellent then and also helping us feel welcome at breakfast the next morning. Single mom with two high NRG kiddos in tow can be a whirlwind!! I even love the fitness center! Book it. We can't wait to go to the pool.

We enjoyed a magnificent stay here. Our stay was a week long. The hotel is located in a safe, nice, clean area, convenient to multiple restaurants and places to fuel your vehicle. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Kush. He patiently answered any questions we had. We’d done online checking so our phone(s) were our room keys. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent climate control. The breakfast everyday was excellent with many options to choose from. Every employee we encountered during our stay was always courteous and professional. We didn’t utilize the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained as was the work-out room. Whenever we’re in this area again, this is our hotel of choice. I highly recommend it!

Positive: It was superb. It was clear from entry that they wanted our stay to be top notch. Negative: Pool (#1 reason for choosing this hotel) was way too cold to swim BUT, even though we couldn?t stay more than an hour, the maintenance guy came and turned it up. So we got a good 20 mins of swim time.

I am going to say 5 stars, there may have been a thing or two but it was a fabulous weekend. We cooked dinner in the room on Friday night, a little dip in the pool (that stays open until 11 pm!), played some games and had the best time. The room was quiet, the a/c was on point, and the shower was so dreamy. The breakfast the next day was pretty good! The sausage was spicy! There were bagels, waffles, eggs, coffee...everything I could have possible needed. If I must list cons, the pool was a little dirty on the sides, someone wrote their name in it. hhahaha...but I am finding that cleaning the pool suffers in most hotels. Just off I40.The gentleman (Kush) who checked us in was amazing and super helpful! We were traveling with two small dogs. We were out in a room closest to the dog area for easy access. Our room was great. Very spacious and clean. There was a tad bit of noise from the interstate being close by. But it wasn't terribly bothersome. Thanks for a wonderful stay! The pillows were my favorite and I wish I could take some home. We will be staying here again!
