Worst stay I’ve EVER had in hotel history. From the very moment I stepped up to the front desk to the moment I stepped off that property in search for a new place to stay for the night. First of all, I just want to say I’ve never felt more uncomfortable by the staff then I have that night. Me and my Fiancé had a question regarding the stove, may I add, didn’t work. The man came to the room to assist and would not leave the room and invaded our privacy trying to go through our belongings. But before all of this, it took the staff THREE different times to give me a CLEAN ROOM. Each and every time I went up to the front desk the lady was outside smoking with a man. By that time I was beyond frustrated to the point where I wanted to not stay there. I also need to add the rooms that were “clean

Have a stayed there a couple of times . the first time everything was clean staff was nice only issue was they kept saying that they would bring dishes to my studio and never did. Stayed again requested a down stairs suite lady at front desk refused, got to suite it was dirty stains all over the coach the carpet , no dishes,no silverware, no cooking utensils, no microwave called front desk and told them about it said they would get it right up . on the third day finally got in touch with the manager he moved us to a down stairs suite where we had everything that was supposed to be in there.

I gave this hotel only 1 Star because our room was in very poor condition. When pulling in to the parking lot I was super nervous whether I should stay or not. I had to stay in vero last second and needed something last second. The front desk reception seemed bothered we were checking in, the room looked super dusty and there was a lot of noise until the early morning hours. I am aware that economy motels cut out all the frills and thrills, however, I at-least expect clean, friendly and a quiet time frame that will be managed by staff. In the future I will choose another option. Hopefully, this post will help create a better atmosphere by the upper management.

Their wifi is terrible there. My bed was very old and uncomfortable. I saw roaches in my toilet. Inside walls were dirty. I reserved a non smoking room and got a smelly smoking room. Online pictures are misleading. Everything in the room looked 20 years old. Bathroom smelled like piss. The bath towels hard and had holes. My first day in, someone broke a window in the room next to me. Very loud late night. Walls are thin. Very overpriced for what it had to offer. I travel for work all the time and this is a hotel that I would never stay at again. I don't understand how they can get by with charging over $45 per night, because that's what it really is. I was very disappointed with this location.

Place was nice staff was very helpful but there was no mini fridge! Now I understand it is a cheaper hotel but it is connected to a IHOP! We had leftover as well as canned drinks that needed to be refrigerated we threw the leftover away and we were able to get as much ice as needed for the drinks so they were cold by the time we woke up in the morning so still earns 4/5 stars would've been 5 had there been a mini fridge but that is my only complaint
