I felt safe at the location, it was mostly clean (the bathroom walls and door couldve done with a wiping down) and the shower water was hot. The tv was half the size of the bed but I didn't turn it on so idk if it worked. Those are the good things I have to say. I don't expect a lot from super cheap budget hotels but I do expect sheets on both beds when we book for 4 people or at least that there are sheets in the room for me to put on myself. Maybe if we had gone and asked they would've given us some but we got in at like 1 am with our little kids and just piled on the king bed. We went for breakfast at 715 am and it looked like this and when I asked for some syrup to go on the waffles I was told there was none. This place is so cheap! There was no milk or syrup for breakfast before 8am. We asked for both and was told they were out. There was a guy that came through talking and he was babysitting the workers kids and he asked for milk and they then went and refilled the pitcher 1/3. ChEaP! CHEAP!! CHEAP!!

Floor was very dirty and sticky. When I got in the shower the dirt washed off and I could see just how dirty they were. We walked on towels as much as possible. I could faintly smell pet urine (this is a pet friendly place) near the door area. Yuck. Don't put anything on the floor! Bed mattress springs made noise and every movement is disruptive to your bedmate. Breakfast was advertised on the website when we booked. Went for breakfast and coffee in the morning and found out there is no breakfast. Probably just as well because we would have gotten food poisoning by the looks of the place. Avoid. There are other options that are not in an industrial area.

These rooms are awful and dirty I had roaches all over my room! They moved me the next room wasn't any better, I was there in business and could not get an ounce of sleep the maintenance guy was a total jerk when asked to fix Ac that was not working! I was working nights he stayed in front of my door with an air blower for hours keeping me up when I tried to say something he acted like he was clueless! I had to switched hotels at 2pm and work a 12 hour shift on zero sleep! I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, Between the hot room and the thought of the roaches! He said he was refunding 2 nights since I paid for 3 and he only refunded 1! Will never stay here and I have hundreds of co-workers that won't either ! No channels on TV also!

I found SureStay by Best Western, in Jackson,  MS to be a great place to get some sleep.  My room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable.  That was the main thing I needed. It's a bit interesting to get to because it's on the east side of the access road.  But if you use your GPS, it will get you there about the time you think you've missed it.  It is surrounded by industrial type businesses.  There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance.  However,  within a short drive there are many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was efficient. I cannot say the gentleman at the front desk was warm or welcoming, but he was efficient.
