Rodeway Inn Richland - Jackson South

This place has seen better days. Bathtub was filthy, sheets were dingy, and the front desk was extremely rude when we called for the Wi-Fi password. It being right off of 49 was the main reason why we stayed there.

The hotel room was extremely unclean. The sink was full of hair and small bugs. The shower was in no better condition. I was afraid to even let my children bathe here. The carpet was covered in stains. The tv didn’t work.

Positive: Price Negative: Water not working in sink

The first thing we noticed was the grounds were not being maintained.The room was very dirty. Smell was very bad. We bought Febreeze to be able to stand it for one night. Bed sheets were torn. Towel bar was falling off the wall. Ceiling acoustic was falling into the sink. It looked like someone was spitting behind door every time they left the room. Bathtub/shower curtain was filthy. I don't see how this place is even in business.

Tried to claim they don't get paid when you book a room with points, which is complete lie. One google search can tell you that. This hotel is part of choice hotels which has a discount going on right now when you PURCHASE points. If they have a problem with that, then take it up with choice hotels!! This will be our last night here. Just greedy folks. Was going to leave a good review but this just changed my whole perspective.
