I was asked to fill out a credit card authorization form, which is understandable. The form I was given was to fill out was already pre populated and filled out from another guest. I was given a form that had his credit card number, exp. date, CCV number, full address and phone number. I felt that if I was to fill one out it may be given away like this form was and my information stolen. I refused to fill the form out, checked out and booked another hotel for the next two weeks I was working in town. Very unprofessionally ran establishment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Service is great front desk really friendly, and Mysha is very helpful. I decided to give it a try working in this area for a long stay and made the right choice. folk's whether your travel is overnight or a scheduled long stay no worries its very quiet place. The day manager is super friendly and helpful. Staff walks around with the facade of "I don't want to be here" they seem bothered when asked for assistance. The General manager also very dry and not very welcoming. There are bugs(roaches) they do a good job of cleanliness however a good extermination is required. Walls are thin and you can hear everything outside the room. Lots of plant workers at this location and they can be loud in the evenings and early mornings(talking loudly on phone, music on their phones)but they do quiet down around 9pm.This is my honest observation and experience.

They are impossible to deal with on extending your stay. One of the front desk employee threatened to call the police even though I had already booked another week online. I was working nights and she woke me up. Said I had to check out of my room at 11:00 and come back at 3:00. Almost impossible with all the luggage I have for my work. Worst thing is I wouldn’t get no sleep. They are not worth the head ache.

All things considered, the service has been impressively courteous. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping has been flawless, with rooms that consistently look impeccable. The location is conveniently situated near a wide range of restaurants and stores, making it very convenient, especially for walking. Thank you
