Relax Inn

Very friendly service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. For the price, you cannot beat it at all. If I needed to, I would stay here over and over every night.

This was an unexpected surprise. The rooms are very clean and have a full fridge and a good size microwave. They make your bed everyday and get clean towels every day as well. The outside is quite and no strangers passing by near your vehicle. The owners are well-mannered and respectful. I would give it a 5-star, but the pool is not working. Other than that the price is very affordable compared to the nearby hotels. It is a great stay for those that are in the area for work..

This may say it's a "2 star" hotel/motel, but I'd say it's better than that. Don't expect a "genuine 5 star" hotel, but what it is, is perfect for the price. The inside of the room is better than I expected, the cost was outstanding, the owner/manager was awesome and friendly. Everything was clean, no bugs, A/C worked, fridge/freezer worked, and I swear I think the floors in my bathroom were heated (maybe it was just the fact that I was on a bottom room). The internet was a bit finicky, but that was no big deal for me, and I'm sure that if I mentioned it to the owner, he'd have looked into it immediately, but it mostly worked nonetheless. I'd stay here again if I ever needed to. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming hotel in Port Arthur. Excellent room for the price. Spotlessly clean. Friendly front desk clerk. Nice quality television, full sized fridge and microwave. Nice linens and comfy bed. Ice cold air conditioner. Will definitely stay again.

Wasn't expecting much when I checked in. Was tired and hungry. I was really pleasantly surprised how clean and modern the rooms were. The family at front desk was friendly and quick to get me a key. And the rates were also friendly to my wallet.......Doing business in the area, I will stay here again.....
