This is the worst experience I've ever had with this hotel chain. The photos shown are nothing like reality; there's no TV, I had to ask for towels and pillows, and the towels were very stained (they looked dirty). The manager does his best to provide adequate service, but that's all he has.

Positive: None Negative: The pictures on the website are the same as the rooms in person did not like it .. had a bad smell , looked like an apartment complex with people living in the area full time .

Before you book it’s important to note that it’s on a rough area of town Also the room had No blankets, no towels . The tvs were are not working. No toiletries. The only good thing was a working heater on a rainy cold night

It's a very dirty room and smeel smoke. If you a women Solo travel I won't recommend it.

Low end property in need of repairs and updates. First room was bug infested but 2nd only had a few after several weeks. The bathtub faucet was broken and I had to put a towel over the spigot and close the curtain and door to deaden the running water noises. Gallons of water are being wasted every day. Not good in the desert… Housekeeping will only come once a week (need to keep asking) but you can get TP and fresh towels as needed.
