I'll be completely honest. I had a terrible experience here because I broke the rules. The property manager is very strict about following the rules for the safety and protection of tenants and the surrounding community. Not respecting and following the contract will result in you losing the money you invested. I did not properly communicate and lost $500 because of that. I was upset and felt taken advantage of. That the last I had due to losing my job. However THE RULES ARE THE RULES AND I SIGNED THEM. This property is very clean. The rooms are impeccable. There are cleaning services/maid services. The safety is beyond anything I have ever experienced. It's quiet, and everyone respects everyone. As long as you follow the rules of the contract, COMMUNICATE IMMEDIATELY, and are respectfu

My husband and I booked a "too good to be true" deal through this company. Upon confirming with the hotel, my husband was informed of various additional charges and "fees" that also included a mystery deposit. All told told to us well after the booking! I combed through the ad and confirmation emails and texts...it says NOTHING about these. ||I contacted the hotel again. They said I must take it up with the agency/site purchased on. Classic.||What does the agency say? Take it up with the hotel!||So, we attempt to just cancel the room bc we aren't going to pay hidden charges (illegal much?). Am I able to? NO! There is NO option to, and when I contact them, again, it's the same fiasco. ||Also, the hotel name was The Yellow Penthouse, LLC, in Las Vegas Nevada. ||AGODA.com is the travel site.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Nobody's there they have a doorbell that nobody answered phone number the same email same I made a reservation check in at 3:00pm I was there till 4:15 pm calling them no Answer the place looks like the MUNSTER'S HOUSE, that's kind of messed up for people from out of town who make reservations and they do them dirty I cancelled the reservation I got changed $37.00 for cancellation

Nice place. Big house broken up into rooms for rent. Quiet, residential neighborhood with walking access to shopping.
