Studio 6 Ingleside, TX

This is a great hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are laid out well and it is very clean. I've stayed at this hotel a handful of times over the past few years, and I've never had a bad experience. My daughter lives in the area, and it can sometimes feel crowded at her house, so Studio 6 is a great option. Close to Portland, Corpus, Port Aransas and Rockport! They are also pet friendly. 🐾

Most of the hotels in Corpus Christi were sold out and the ones that were available were very expensive . My son had baseball camp the next day so we just needed a place to get some rest and sleep. I had never stayed at a studio 6 which was an extended stay kind of hotel. But we really didn't have a choice. We checked in at 10pm. The exterior was incredibly clean and well lighted. So that was a good sign. The elevator didn't work so we had to walk up one flight of stairs, not too bad. The stairwell area smelled like mildew ( carpet looks old) , so I was so afraid of what the inside of the hotel would look like. I was surprised that it was roomy and clean . I like laminate floorings because I had my dog there. Bed wasn't the best but it will do. No breakfast in the morning . What I didn't l

The gentleman that owns/runs this location should be in charge of seminars for other hotels on how to do things right. Everyone from the ladies at front desk, the ladies working in house keeping, to the maintenance guy had a smile on their faces every time I saw them and they were always asking my husband or I if I needed anything. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms, the hallway, the Laundry facility was Clean. I mean walking down the hall and it smelled clean not just looked clean. The rooms were light and airy and comfortable. It was a perfect beach getaway hotel. Unlimited supply of hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. Very conveniently located, right down the road is a small heb, restaurants, and a park! A little tricky to find in the dark and the entry way isn’t brightly lit but it’s not hard to figure out. The rooms were very clean and nice. Definitely on the cheaper side with towels and sheets but not unreasonably so. Definitely a nice place to stay on a budget. Staff was great and super helpful.

It's nice, but I would prefer a real stove instead of countertop 2 burner. Other than that it's fine.
