MainStay Suites

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and include a mini kitchen with a full sized fridge. The staff were friendly while serving a decent hot breakfast. The location isn't the most convenient, but the price is fair.

This place was very clean. The staff was very courteous. Ian who was there running the breakfast, was on point! Loved the Texas sized waffles shaped like the state of Texas at the breakfast bar. The breakfast overall was awesome! If i lived close by i would go just for the breakfast and to say hi to Ian and the rest of the folks there. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town. I enjoyed having a full size fridge and stove in my room! Overall this place is great.

Clean hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is included and more than just muffins. When we stayed they had a Build your own waffle bar. The pool and hottub were clean and we'll maintained. Our room had a small kitchenette with a good size fridge and all the kitchen essentials. Room was clean and basic which is what you would expect. They have a gym with an elliptical and treadmill but we didn't try them out. We would stay again.

Kind of hard to get to. You have to go down a little ways and turn around but it's OK. The price isn't that cheap but my room was OK. It was actually a bedroom, a living room and an open concept kitchen, like an apartment would be. It was really nice because I was staying with my parents and they both snore really loud and I barely heard them. When you walk into the lobby it is.... bright. Really? Lime green paint? I know this is the coast but it doesn't scream quality. The 2nd floor reek of smoke. But the room didn't smell. Overall not bad but I wish best Western or LA Quinta wasn't full. Would have had a smaller room for the same price though. Most other hotels in the are disgusting. This one is nice. Don't expect to get in the hot tub though. And if you stay on the couch, bring your own

First off, a really nice room. The price was right, especially considering I got it around the holiday. Has everything you need. The shower was nice and the bathroom was very clean. The only problem (which is why my rating isn't higher) I had with it was that I came across roaches in the kitchenette area. I guess where there's food, they hang out at. As soon as I had food there the roaches came out. If they can control their roach problem, I would give this place an outstanding rating.
