I traveled with Samantha during our stay at Studio 6 Coral Springs – Fort Lauderdale, and I wanted to personally leave a review because the service we received really stood out — especially from Rosemarie. As someone who has stayed in many hotels over the years, I pay attention to how staff treat guests, and Rosemarie was exceptional. She was respectful, efficient, and made sure everything was handled properly from check-in through our stay. You could tell she takes pride in making sure guests are comfortable and have what they need. What impressed me most was how consistent and dependable she was. When I checked in, I was not welcomed at all. I wasn’t told where my room was located and wasn’t given the Wi-Fi password. It was late, and when I finally found my room, it was dirty, the phone did not work, there was no TV remote, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could not sleep at all.|The next day, I worked from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Despite my schedule, I stopped at the front desk to report the issues. June told me that all the beds were the same and offered another room next door (Room 269), which reeked of smoke—even though it was labeled non-smoking—so I declined. She did bring a TV remote. Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Studio 6! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Negative: The staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and major highways.
