Studio 6 Deer Park, TX

I was very pleased with my stay here. I felt I was at home; staff was quick to address any concerns. Hskg was on point with my room needs. Lighting is exceptional in all areas of property. Washer/dryer available. And dly trash pick up; last but not least the owners, mg t, and family were so kind. I recommend this stay if you're looking for exceptional service!!

This was the cleanest , friendliest, and best managed Studio 6 I’ve been too. The motel staff and management made my friends and our pets seem like family from the moment we called to make reservations until we left! We feel it IS the BEST motel in the DeerPark area because of price, attitude,and cleanliness! Much thanks to the management for making all of our party feel wanted and appreciated!

The staff are great! Chris was very professional. They made sure I was comfortable and close to laundry site so I could be safe when washing. Very nice, clean and helpful staff.

I stayed here a while back and it was great. Stayed like three months while working. Can't complain about it at all. The manager and his wife are great people. It's located in a very good place close to a lot of places making it very convenient.

Well equipped rooms at an affordable price in a convenient location. HOWEVER, the roach on the floor prompted a closer inspection of the room. There was a brown widow spider infestation under both beds. Webs and spider egg sacks were numerous, with some attached to the bottom of the mattress. This was present in two rooms. I notified the front desk, who stated that they would address the issue. When I returned for the evening it was clear the issue had NOT been addressed. The hotel had a lot of potential, so I am extremely disappointed.
