Sapphire Inn & Suites- Deer Park

I have had a great experience at this place the room service did an excellent job, on top of that the rooms are very nice and clean especially for the price. I have come here several times because, it’s a great location 20 minutes more or less from every place you need to be in the Houston area. The manager is also very understandable, for example, I had door dashed some food and they didn’t get me a fork, I walked into the office (at 9:00pm mind you ) he gave me a fork so I could eat my supper . I highly recommend this hotel in the deer park/houston area.

😊: Very clean and newish, great for a business traveller. Own transport is essential. None of the metro bus lines are close. Room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good air con. Because of my rooms location, it was very quite.. 😢: My room had been heavily cleaned recently and it took a day for the smell to dissipate. Finally there are refineries in the area, within a mile or so, this may not suit some people..

1. Complimentary Breakfast That Doesn’t Exist||Your hotel advertises complimentary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, but when we arrived at 8:00 AM, there was nothing set up. If you’re not going to provide breakfast, why advertise it? Guests don’t expect to play hide-and-seek with their meals.||2. Unreasonable Complaints About a 2-Year-Old||We have a 2-year-old son, and during our stay, we received multiple complaints from your staff about him being noisy and jumping around. Let me remind you: our room was above the office—not another guest room. Yet your front desk staff and even the manager felt the need to call us and ask if our toddler could “be mindful.” Seriously? Do you expect a 2-year-old to sit silently like an adult?||To make matters worse, when we brought this up with the manag

Rooms were "freshen up" recently. As well, painting crew painting exterior the weekend I stayed. Clean and friendly. Could use more vending options. A continental breakfast would also make it a better experience.

The rooms wasn’t that bad, shower was clean. It’s very cheap not as that expensive i recommend coming here if you’re on a budget . Service can’t complain. The housekeeping taking care of you when you leave your room . The location kinda ghetto ish but not as bad so far. Only concern i notice my room door have hard time closing (room 108)
