The female manager was exceptional. She was super sweet and provided great customer service. The rooms were clean and the hotel smelled pleasant. The only negatives I got from this hotel is we did see roaches from the first day we stayed there. There is also no full kitchen as the sign states. They only have a full size fridge, sink, a few cabinets, microwave and a hot plate. When I think of full kitchens, I think of oven and/or stove and more kitchen space. Very clean and friendly staff.

Absolutely trashy, the staff barely speak English and the front desk guy did nothing to help us. Took our money even though we tried to cancel. Will never go back and recommend no one ever goes here

I have worked in the hotel industry for quite sometime. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are very happy. It is very clean. They check everyday to see if you need towels, wash clothes, etc. They are also pet friendly. Very close to several restraunts, Walmart and aldis. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Great TV and lots of channels as well as great wi-fi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s a clean, affordable spot with a super comfy bed! I will say the king beds need king pillows and I hit it with a black light and was clean and fresh! Definitely does not have any shampoo or conditioner or double ply toilet paper and extremely thin walls. I could hear my neighbor having fun lol. I mean this is a train city so you hear the trains but it’s still a perfect spot to rest and get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is helpful and everything around is either walking distance or driving distance . Now for my expert opinion. The gentle man asked me what I do. Well I help drive traffic and increase revenue and some of them could be by doing some small things to put more heads in beds and extending stays and exposure! Now as a fellow out of towner!
