Comfort Inn & Suites

First off, I want to say that the staff are amazing! They were so friendly, and caring. It was Thanksgiving and they were not with their families yet they were so willing to make you feel like you were a part of their family. Sadly though, the room was not in the best condition. There was some trash that was behind the door (a dental floss/toothpick), there was some clear wear and tare that a little bit of paint would have fixed. There were clear signs of water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. Housekeeping only had the roll of toilet paper that was on spindle in the room, and we had to ask for more toilet paper. The breakfast wasn't that good. I understand that the serving room is small so there isn't a lot of room to set up a huge buffet, but I think it could have been done be

For the price, this was a great place to stay. First, I'll share the positives: The breakfast was really good. The woman overseeing did an amazing job keeping it clean, stocked and organized. The morning we were there offered pre-made omelet-type eggs/cheese, sliced linked sausages, biscuits and gravy (good gravy, too!) and two types of waffle machines. Then, they had whole oranges, apples, greek yogurt, variety of breads, etc. The room, and the entire place was VERY clean and the people working there were very nice. Downside: The room was dark. In the bathroom, the large light above the sink didn't work at all, so the only light was in the shower. And, in the rest of the room, 3 of the 4 lamps worked. Positive: The front desk clerk was absolutely delightful. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent experience. Negative: Breakfast was a little off.

Last night I had a personal issue that prompted my request for a different room today. The general manager wasn't required to make my problem hers, but she did and showed the utmost courtesy and accommodation for what I needed. Thank goodness for clean, comfortable rooms and great management!

We were extremely disappointed with the hospitality and overall experience during our stay. Upon arrival, our team consisting of collegiate student athletes, coaching staff, and University administration was gathered in the lobby while one of our coaches was inflating soccer balls after our flight to Tulsa. When a ball accidentally bounced once on the floor, the manager immediately raised her voice in front of everyone, reprimanding him for “bouncing balls in the lobby.” This was the first interaction our players had after flying in for the NCAA National Tournament, and it created a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable first impression.
