Customer Reviews
The staff was very nice & professional. Even though there was a hiccup at check-in. I didn't realize that they had no king rooms downstairs & no elevators get upstairs. I had previously sent a message asking for a King room on the street level & received a message that they'd do their best. Never did they say it was impossible. They did give us a room with 2 double beds downstairs when we checked in, though. The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken. Other than that, it was a good place for a quick nights' stay.
The staff is always friendly. I had a nice quiet stay for a couple nights and the recommendations to a new restaurant down the street was perfect. My room was clean and very comfortable. I like the new renovation designs.
Not the greatest place to stay. When they refused to credit my deposit back to my card immediately I said you can either go look at the room now or take my word. When they said it take time to credit it back. I got out my phone out and called my bank for card. Spoke to bank. 00pmThey immediately credit it back and got new receipt.
Room was as expected Clerk seem to be new glitch in the computers wanted to put me on the second floor which was not going to work for me. Took a few minutes but we got it fixed.
Because there is no direct exit to this hotel you have to get off the freeway, from the west, and drive through all kinds of neighborhoods. Leaving was much easier. I stayed at two Motel ^ on this trip and both had the front desk closed and you had to use the night check in . It did not leave a feeling of security.
