Stonehouse at the Confluence

We had a great stay here. It's an old 1920s house that has been restored to a modern farm feel. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, utensils, pans, dishes, games, puzzles and other odds and ends. There's a hot tub and gas grill outside that work fine. Stores are close by for anything you forgot along with ice and firewood. The train was close by but only disturbed my sleep everyone in our party had no issue. The house had disposal ear plugs in the drawers that I used and it did help. It was very acomodating for 8 adults and 2 kids. We are already talking about visiting again.

We recently stayed here over spring break. The house and furnishings are nice. The appliances are nice. The hot tub was really nice. There is plenty of hot water. The bottled water was a really nice touch. There are nightlights throughout the house. The bathrooms don't have any counters so there isn't anywhere to put your toiletries. The train did disturb our sleep and did come through all night. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing your own pots and pans. The ones provided are in terrible condition. The floors under the dressers were not clean. I cleaned the trays in the kitchen drawers that hold the silverware and the utensils because they had a lot of food debris in them. The fridge was not cold until the next morning. The beds were okay (not great), but the bunk bed did

We absolutely love coming here. The house is beautiful and the views and atmosphere, just amazing and relaxing. Accommodations and communication with this rental is top notch. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

A lovely rental home close to Ohiopyle Park, and Falling Water, in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. In our visit the home had not been properly cleaned but a crew was sent out that night and did the work and charges refunded so really fantastic recovery from that! I quite enjoyed it!

This is a vacation home rental. No service as such. It is more of an early 19 hundreds and updated while keeping ambiance of the period. The view was spectacular.
