Staybridge Suites Waco South - Woodway by IHG

The hotel was great and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and, I arrived too late, but I know this hotel has a social happy hour that is usually pretty good as well. My only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower.

Good price for your stay! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was spacious (2 guests). The hotel was in a safe area away from a bunch of traffic/loud noise. The breakfast was okay (seemed to run out quickly and took forever to refill) and we enjoyed the nightly "kickback" hour from 5:30-7. The night we ate it was chicken nachos with black beans, salsa, queso, and sour cream. This was a nice addition most hotels do not offer- we were able to make it back in time to enjoy a supper with no extra cost.

The room is nothing like the photos. The TV is in the corner 90 degrees from the couch. The couch faces the bed and unless you sit sideways on the couch, your neck is going to be very sore. The shower was very slippery but the water was adequately hot and strong. The ice maker hasn’t made anything yet after an hour. You have to really lift up on the door to get the deadbolt to lock. The bed is soft enough and great pillows. Check in is 3 PM but we didn’t get a room until 4 PM because they were busy the night before. Overall it’s ok

Room was great. Beds very comfortable. The full size kitchen was amazing. The in room coffee is very good quality. The only thing that could have been better is replace the powdered creamer for the single serve liquid creamer.

My room was big, neat, and well equipped. It was helpful to have the complimentary breakfast. The staff were nice and pleasant to relate to. The location was excellent for my purpose. I enjoyed my stay here.
