Staybridge Suites North Brunswick by IHG

I've been staying here for over a month and have another month to go. My overall experience has been good, but my time in customer service in the past taught me that people only remember the bad and this is not a great situation. 3 days ago, I got covid while at work. When I woke up the next morning and realized I had it, I decided to stay in my room so that I wouldn't expose it to the rest of the guests and staff. I called the front desk to let them know and asked if they could let Doordash drivers in to leave my orders at my door. The hotel has a policy in place to protect guests from random people, but doordash drivers are constantly tracked, so they should hopefully not cause problems. Experience overall was good. The staff at the front counter were great and processed check in and out in an efficient manner. The room was clean we loved having a fridge and pull out sofa. The main room was clean, the bathroom was a little tight but keeping the sink outside was smart. Cons: - no blowdryer - location makes it hard to get out of the parking lot due to high traffic load on Hwy 1 - breakfast staff were great but food could be better labeled

Excellent service! Thank you Bassim and Eddie for taking care of us at 2am and a good night sleep. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Nice set up for breakfast in the morning and good coffee. Nice couch and kitchen in suite. Nice clean hot shower.

Stayed here for the work week, Monday-Friday. I arrived Monday evening and was able to quickly check-in and get up to my room. The room was very comfortable and for the most part, practical in it's layout. It smelled and looked clean. All the comforts of home were available. My only complaints were the first night I was there, there was a lot of noise. The delivery truck was parked, running right below my windows while they unloaded the truck at 430AM. There was also someone stomping around above me periodically throughout the first night. After that, it was great and I slept well. The only other complaint would be that they do not have smart TVs in the rooms and the channels are all out of order and not matching the guide. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff. Amenities, and facilities all meet expectations. Buffet and social hour exceeded expectations. The staff totally exhanced my experience! Kudos!
