Staff is great, friendly and the GM of the hotel has gone above and beyond to make my stay like home. The rooms are set up like mini apartments which makes it even more of a home feel. For those who like to save or cook like I do, you can cook full meals with their kitchen set up. The court yard is clean and inviting with a bbq grill and gas fire pit. They are pet friendly and you cant tell pets were even on site! O course it is a hotel so you can't control some guests but the hotel staff, like I said, go above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. This is my second stay and is my hotel of choice for the area.

When I first arrived I had to stay here during the week for a couple of months for a job. I’d stay here during the week and go home on weekends. I arrived on a Sunday night and went to my room. Before I got to the bedroom I was attacked by fleas. They were in my legs and my arms. I went downstairs to the lobby with fleas still on me and showed the nice lady behind the desk. She immediately gave me another room. It was infestation free and was clean but had an Oder like someone cooked something weird in the room. And it smelled like that the entire time. My clothes even smelled like it when I hit home. However I continued to stay there. I booked my room Sunday night to Friday morning every week. The second week was ok. Third week my key didn’t work on Thursday night. I went to get it fixed.

Appeared nice until it was not. The front desk attendant was super nice. She called us before arrival to accomodate that we were arriving before closure...I really wanted to like the place. The pictures matched on line. The bedding and mattress were as basic as you saw... a metal bed frame and mattress. Everything you need. Nice courtyard. Outdoor surrounding areas were very clean. We chose this place because it had good reviews and a kitchen. We were visiting from out of town to help with a big birthday bash and I was to bring the cake and baked goods. As soon as we walked in, the air quality was so terrible you could taste it..stale smoke like. I could not bring myself to handle any food that effect the quality especially the cake. We did not bother to stay. We arrived Wed night. Because

They will leave you stranded. ​Avoid this place if you live in the area. They canceled my reservation on the day of my stay, just hours before I was supposed to check in. Apparently, they have an unwritten rule about "locals," but they didn't bother telling me that until it was too late to find an affordable alternative. I’m now out of pocket for a more expensive hotel because of their terrible communication. Completely unreliable. P.S. I’ve already heard the "locals messed it up for other locals" excuse from whomever is at the front desk.. thanks for nothing... I don't need to hear a corporate version of it here. Don't bother replying with any more BS; I’m not interested.

We recently stayed at this location for a family vacation. From check-in Rasheed (assistant general manager) made sure our family had everything we needed. If something was lacking it was fixed in a timely manner. The apartment felt like home away from home! My only recommendation is get an apartment on the third floor if one is available. We had noisy neighbors above us. This was our only complaint.
