Response to management. When asking about coffee makers, we were not told any were available. Please follow us on Facebook at SNDTRAVELS and EATWELLTRAVELOFTEN 2.9.26 room 308 No coffee maker. Reason given, there's coffee downstairs. We'll that's convenient for staff but not customer friendly at all. Who wants to go back and forth everytime you want a cup? The room was fine. Bed was comfy and linens were decent. No hot water in the shower, barely lukewarm after letting it run awhile. Front desk was friendly and promised to have the hot water issue fixed promptly. Overall, things were good enough but the coffee maker will keep us from returning as we use it a few times every evening.

We didn’t not had a great time. The humidity level was way too high. Something was wrong at the minute we entered at the lobby. We had a two days stay booked, but when we entered the room, it was clear that we will not be able to stay there. The room smell bad, the bathtub was dirty, it was dark. We have a kid with asthma and because of the humidity level, we were unable to sleep there. So we went downstair in less than 5 minutes prior to our arrival. But the refuse to refund us. We had to book another hotel and we lost our two days stay.

Positive: Friendly staff, comfy room and bed, quiet, easy to find location, good yummy breakfast, spacious drawer and storage space. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Also this is the first hotel I've stayed in where a shower cap was in the room for me. Negative: Apparently the owner replaced all the TVs with new TVs but left the old universal remotes in the rooms and just tried to recalibrate them, but half the keys don't respond. The staff were aware of the issue but said no higherups had agreed to fix it yet.

The owner and his General Manager do a great job at keeping up with this property. Always go above and beyond for the customer. I would highly recommend!

I came to visit this location to see a guest that was staying here while staying here I was walked up to and asked idntge needed help from the management team. When I states no I was told that the look suspicious and because I was walking in the hall. Given I wasn't inside the building for 3 min and had to take the stairs cause the elevator was not working. I spoke with the general manager for the place and ask is this how visitors are treated inside this hotel he stated no. I then asked him why was member of his team allow to talk to ciaufw like that.
