Stayable Orlando

Let’s start off with the rooms. When me and my girls got there, the bed sheets were all stained and there were roaches. |We got moved to a different room & the same thing again. This time the sheets looked like it had a dry blood stain on the pillow. A few days go by and we seen roaches AGAIN ! The room infested with them. Management did not resolve our problems and on top of that wanted to charge me for NEW CLEAN bed sheets !!!!! Crazyy ! Never stay here !

Moving here was a great decision. You can tell that Jason and the rest of the team are committed to making this a top-tier residential property. Whether it’s the monthly community events, the ongoing room renovations, or just the friendly attitude from Ruby, it’s a place where you feel taken care of. Keep up the great work

I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a great experience. The property was extremely clean, which I really appreciated. The staff overall was very helpful, but the front desk concierge, Erica, truly stood out. She was extremely attentive and took great care of us from check in all the way through our last day. Her professionalism and kindness made our stay even better. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Alberto, Nelson, Dayana, Erica, Ricardo was friendly and Jason was very professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, stores, and main roads. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I felt safe and very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.
