Stay Express Inn Elko

We got a dirty room. There was still clothes from a person before us. Restroom was awful. Shower head did not work. Be careful with the renters they will get you for money. Took advantage that we came in late and tired. They should closed them.

The gentleman who checked me in was kind and gave me several suggestions for dinner and advice regarding what would be open and what wouldn’t be on a Sunday night in Elko. The room was just what I needed—a comfortable bed, and a clean space for the night. It felt safe, and warmed right up. When I was charged $2 over, they corrected the amount right away. I would easily stay here again.

We were very pleased with our short stay. The owners were helpful and kind, the room was clean and nicely appointed, and the rate was so reasonable! Next time we visit Elko we plan to stay here again. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome!❤️

First, I wanna say this hotel need to be renovated Second of all, I will say that they will take your money at any time.. everything need to be change I don’t know how the city allows it to be open.

The service was great. The hostess did an amazing job. The outside looks old and rundown. However, the room looked recently renovated. They were very nice and clean. My only complaint is that the showerhead needs to change to one with a bit less power. Even though you can control the water pressure, the low pressure still felt like it wanted to rip my skin off, and I was not fond of that feeling. I was told the Inn is close to a fair grounds, but we didn't check it out. There's a Chinese restaurant in the same plaza. My husband and I ate there for dinner and found it at best, edible. I would recommend the Stay Express inn, but not the Chinese restaurant next door.
