Holiday Inn Express & Suites Elko by IHG

Stayed here with my husband, stay was great like always! Alyssa at the front desk was so sweet and made checking in/out quick & easy. The manager Meg was very helpful answering our questions, definitely staying here anytime we're in town!

Such a wonderful experience at this location. The staff are all so helpful and kind. Each person we met went above and beyond. It is very clean and well managed. The amenities offered were perfect for our little family passing through.

Really wide walk-in shower! Threshold sweep on door helped keep out light and some of the noise. Mini fridge had a freezer compartment - yay! We were able to refreeze the reusable freezer packs we keep in the car cooler for snacks. Full sized bed pillows. Both tea and coffee offered with in-room coffee maker. A definite plus for us frequently forgotten tea drinkers. ||Almost immediately upon entering the room, a fuse blew and plunged us into darkness. The Hubs went to the front desk and explained the problem, Without turning around or taking her eyes from the computer screen she was watching, the clerk told him that, oh yeah, everything in that room is run through the GIF. The breaker is over the microwave. Just push the button. He came back and did so - power restored. But maybe a little

My daughter and I were traveling across country from NC to NV when we stayed at this wonderful hotel. It was just the place to rest and reenergize for a final day of travels. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to the hotel and to Elko... A great start to the stay. She told us about the reception in the lobby. We went and had the pleasure of being greeted warmly by and chatting with the hotel manager. The room was clean and super comfortable. The mountain view was a joy to look at over a steaming hot cup of coffee in the morning. I highly recommend this delightful oasis to anyone driving through Elko.

Several nights a week (I think she said on Tue and Wed nights) they host a soup, salad & breadsticks buffet... along with complimentary beer and wine. The tomato soup & breadsticks were DELICIOUS! Thank you! What a treat. Also, we always love the great water pressure and lovely showers at Holiday inn express. So refreshing!
