Stage Coach Inn

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Personnel was friendly. Quite a few items were provided for the breakfast which was included in the price of the room, but only one item contained protein…hard boiled eggs. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water. Aside from that, the price was right and there was a lot of rustic charm and history.

Pretty good stay at the Stagecoach. Coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours. Functional AC, easy to get comfortable for a good nights sleep. Comfortable bed and clean room. Negatives; ice at the front door makes coming in and going out a bit scary. Our Yellowstone adventures had us leaving at just before 7am but the breakfast starts at 7am, not a minute before. The elevator doesn’t go to the garage, so you will need to brave the front door ice to load and unload your vehicle or walk everything up a flight of stairs to the lobby. Overall, good value and comfortable.

We stayed here for one night and were happy with our choice.||The main reception area/ foyer is rustic and warm with a fireplace and communal seating.||Our room was not large but not too small, the bed was comfortable and the heating was good. We had a shower over bath.||I saw a laundry room with quite a few washers and dryers. There is also a pool and gym.||Breakfast was included in our rate and was good, including fresh fruit.

Pros: Hot water, coffee available at lobby. Room comes with breakfast in the morning (bread, cereal, waffles, banana, muffins, egg). Staff is friendly. Lobby interior decoration is quite nice and cosy. Room is spacious. Pay per use washers available in the building. Cons: Walls are not fully sound proof, heard a family arguing next door in the middle of the night. Strange design in bathroom, there was a drop in the ceiling height above the basin as if there is a stairs above it.

We have been staying at the Stage Coach Inn for years during our annual snowmobile trip, and it never disappoints. The staff is absolutely fantastic—always friendly and incredibly helpful. I called ahead to request a rollaway bed, and when we checked in with our group of 15, the rollaway bed was already set up in one of the guest rooms. What a wonderful surprise! That extra thoughtfulness truly made our stay the most enjoyable, comfy, and cozy yet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even had rooms cleaned during our stay—which was much needed for a bunch of guys coming off the trails. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a long day of riding, and breakfast was wonderful as usual. We can’t wait to come back and visit this wonderful, historic inn again. Highly recomm
