No experience.. would love to book a room but for months cannot get an answer at for or phone at any posted numbers! Apparently they do not need or want new business or positive feedback.
Honestly, just don't. This is one of the most poorly ran businesses I have ever seen. They would not be availible when my party showed up so they said they would leave the door unlocked with the key inside. They did not. So at 10 pm we started to call them. After booking lodging at another local hotel we spent 2 days trying to get a hold of them. Tomorrow I start the process of getting my CC company to pull the charge back. It's been two weeks and no call or email about what happened. Such a joke.
