Cherry Creek Trailer Park

I live here and am very pleased with the new owners. Slowly but steady the park is getting cleaned up as well as things getting fixed. My neighbors are wonderful and we as a small community help each other. It's an affordable place to live with the new owner actively involved on an everyday basis.

I have lived here since May 2013. The trailer park has went down hill since the new owner took over. The water is heavily contaminated with nitrates and undrinkable. Nothing gets fixed. My water spickit has been broken since January. My outside electrical panel has caught fire 4 times in 3 years. The landlord has a guy that lives here cutting the grass and deliberately uses the riding mower to damage other renters' cars and trailers, and nothing is done about it. There is no rental lease, so the landlord does whatever he likes because we have no way to defend are self's. People are evicted without doing anything wrong, and without compensation if their trailers are unmoveabul. As I have rented here for years under the new owner, do not rent in this trailer park. Yes, the rent is cheap but

Only have met a few neighbors they seem to be nice. Lots of dogs that bark all through the night and day. Seems to be okay place. Rent is cheap $ pay your own power bill. Not bad for a temporary place close to town. You do enjoy the sounds of the train blowing it's horn and the logging trucks and there Jake brakes other than that okay place. Sherriff drives through night which gives me a peaceful feeling about the place.

They take forever to get someone's power box replaced/fixed. They hardly have a yard to enjoy.

Has a creapy eerie aire about the place that makes you think of nightmare on elm street.
