SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wrentham Plainville

SpringHill Suites – Wrentham, MA||I stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Wrentham last week while traveling for business, and although the property itself appears fairly new and nicely designed, my experience left quite a bit to be desired.||Check-In Experience|First impressions weren’t great. I wasn’t greeted warmly upon arrival, and while I was technically “thanked” for my Bonvoy loyalty, the acknowledgment was so half-hearted that it would have been better not to mention it at all. The young man who checked me in wasn’t wearing a uniform or name badge, which made the interaction feel even less professional.||Room Conditions|At first glance, the room seemed well-appointed, but the details told a different story. I stay here often and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel like you’re the only guests in the building. The rooms are comfortable and super quiet. Highly recommend.

My son just got married in the Wrentham area, and we reserved several rooms at this hotel. All members of the front desk, especially Lisa, were outstanding in providing great service, including facilitating early check in for several of our guests who were arriving from far-away destinations, and had to be at the venue before sundown. We also had a few afterparties at the bar, and the bartender was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone booking a wedding or just in the area on a trip. The employees go above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

As a business owner we travel a lot. Had the pleasure of booking a room with Casey Campbell @ Plainville location. Amazing customer service, we were greeted/checked in with respect and passion. The room was spacious, contemporary and even set to a perfect temp. If you are local or are traveling with family, friends or business associates…I highly recommend this hotel.
