I booked this motel because it was cheap but had excellent reviews on hotels.com. I also paid for two nights. About ten minutes before we arrived someone tried to call me from the hotel but I didn’t answer because it costs a lot to answer my phone in the US and we were almost there anyway. When we arrived we were taken aback by the outside. However I was assured by the positive reviews. We went inside and the whole front desk area is encased in plexi glass. So now I am thinking this can’t be good. The guy behind the desk was very hard to hear and had a strong accent so I had trouble communicating with him. I told him someone had called from the hotel but he didn’t seem to know anything about it. As I was asking if this area was safe, a gentleman walked in and identified himself as the main

Overbooked, called another hotel that is owned by them and they were sold out too, unable to compensate or fix their mistake, just offered refund.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! Management is TERRIBLE! There is this tweaker kid that apparently lives here, sits in a mini van at 2am and blasts music! He blasts music all day and all night and management does nothing. The rooms are disgusting with bugs. It's more of a place for criminals and those evicted that can't qualify for apartments. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want to sleep and relax.
