SpringHill Suites by Marriott Voorhees Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill

SpringHill Suites was beautiful. The decor was nice and our rooms were well kept. The hotel looked like it was new or recently renovated. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. There's a delicious breakfast available every morning at 6:30 am. The hotel has an indoor pool and a nice size gym. The mattress wasn't to my liking. It was a little more firm than I prefer, but that isn't the hotel's fault. I suffer from back problems and would have preferred a softer mattress. Despite the firm mattress, I was able to rest, which is the most important part. This hotel is centrally located to restaurants, activities, and shopping. I definitely recommend this hotel to any travelers in the area and I would stay at SpringHill Suites again.

Sonya at the front desk, DeMaris and Flore who run the breakfast bar were phenomenal! I had wonderful experiences staying here! Only drawback is that the walls are thin and floors above are not sound proofed very well. Very easy to access; very helpful and friendly staff all around. I will definitely be back!

The area is excellent, very safe and lots of useful stores (Acme/Target) within walking distance. Checkin was very easy and everyone was very personable and friendly. The gym is spacious and I used it well. There also appears to be a small pool. Wifi- excellent. My biggest problem was the noise level. Yes, noise comes with every hotel but this one in particular was very noisy to the point it affected my sleep for two nights in a row. I had a literal elephant upstairs and what sounded like very young students next door who seem to think this is a dorm at all hours of the night. Bathroom was beautifully done but had issues. The shower door wouldn't close shut fully so I had water on my floors. Sink would not drain unless I held up the stopper. The toilet continued to run and run

My wife and I stayed at this property for two months due to renovations at our home. All of the employees at SpringHill were accommodating and professional for our entire stay. The hotel addressed any issue which arose. The Hotel managers and sales were very approachable and addressed any concern we had.
