Holiday Inn Express Voorhees - Mt. Laurel, an IHG Hotel

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Voorhees from 10/31/25-11/2/25. The hotel was very nice and the gentleman who checked me in greeted me with a warm smile. The hallways even smelled fresh and clean. My room was extremely clean and welcoming. I loved the chaise lounge that welcomed me at the end of two long days and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I came to Voorhees to visit my aunt who is in hospice care and my family. Thank you for making a difficult visit quite pleasant. I may need to return to the area again in the near future, and I will definitely stay here again.

What a great Hilton! From the start - late night- “Thomas” at the front desk went above and beyond great customer service. He is an all around great human! My stay was unexpected and not under for the best reason. Just what I needed an updated -comfortable- clean room the bathroom & the amenities seemed extra special. Once again very clean. Wish it was summer in the pool was open because the pool looked amazing out most likely will just come back to be able to try that.

By far the best Holiday Inn Express at which I have ever stayed. It's very clean and has an attractive, inviting feel. The location is great in many ways especially in that it's in an extremely quiet location far from major highways. The area feels safe. The entire staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Also, there was no shortage of staff members as I've experienced with other lodging. Seems that everyone working there was happy and puts in a little extra effort to accommodate the guests. I would attribute the positive staffing aspects to the quality of the management at the location. Front desk staff (especially Christian) were really friendly in addition to being helpful. This was by far one of the worst Marriott-branded stays I’ve experienced. We booked this hotel for a wedding and didn’t arrive until 10:30 PM on Friday. The man at the front desk was rude and dismissive—not only to us, but to other guests checking in as well.||When we finally got to our room, we were shocked. The bed sheets and blankets were ripped, several lamps had no bulbs, the TV didn’t work, and the entire room was visibly dirty. By midnight, we had no choice but to return to the front desk to request a new room. Even then, the staff acted as though they were doing us a favor, insisting they were “fully booked.” They weren’t—there weren’t even enough cars outside to fill one floor.||The issues didn’t end there. Found drugs under mattress in first room. Reported it. Second room found unidentifiable substance(?). Reported it. We were going to give up but we have a toddler and it was late, so we gave the third room a chance. That was finally okay. They were accommodating but finding drugs under the mattress was definitely a new one. Anyway, check UNDER your mattress. But the staff was kind and helpful for the most part.
