The absolutely worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Don't waste your days or money here! Yes they have a pool but they don't keep it warm and kick you out before it closes. The staff is rude and hardly speaks English. It smells as soon as you walk in. The employees watch you. Tell me why not 1 but 2 of the workers are standing outside my room looking in while the maid was finally cleaning our room after 3 days of being there. Had we not mentioned that we haven't had our room clean in days. It would have never been cleaned. They told my husband they clean the rooms every 3 days and not every day. I chose staying here based on proximity to close-ones I was visiting, and price for an extended stay. Keeping this comment short ... this hotel was FAR BELOW my expectations in service, I'm sorry to say. Housekeeping was pretty much non-existent for an extended stay of 4 nights (I even personally requested at the desk after the first night to have housekeeping done on a daily basis ... but it was only done the day prior of us checking out); and we had to change rooms in the beginning because the bathroom door was not "fixed" properly ... so much so we couldn't close the door. Plus ... no smoking policy, but we clearly smelled pot in the hallways during our stay. Horrible breakfast. I had to ask them to restock everything even though there was still an hour til breakfast closed. Also, no AC in lobby or elevators. Who wants to walk through a hot and muggy lobby wearing a suit and full make up? It had to have been 87degrees F and muggy. It was cooler outside. Management is cheap and it shows. Room was clean though. I now understand the 2.5 stars. No reason why it couldn’t be 4.

I booked here because I stayed at the Chester location and was decently satisfied, this location is a major downgrade. The first room I got was really dirty, the door didn't lock properly, furniture was ripped, broken and stained, etc. got switched to a different room that was a tad better then the last, but nothing was wiped down in the bathroom and there was pizza on a plate left in the fridge, that we didn't know about until we needed to put stuff away. That's pretty disgusting. Also, we didn't have access to clean water for about half the day nor could I use the pool that I specifically booked this location for. On top of everything else, the breakfast is trash. They don't offer any drinks, but hot water and they have signs saying you'll get charged a fee if you take your food from bre

We visited friends here to go swimming. The pool area was beyond gross. The floor was full of dirt and hair. The walls had and muck and stains. There were fans just cut into cinder blocks. I really don't know how this can even be open. The windows were rusting. There are no words to really describe how bad the pool was.
