SpringHill Suites by Marriott Vero Beach

I stayed here for 5 days while waiting for my rental to be ready. I can’t say enough about how comfortable it was, for a hotel. They honored my request for a quiet room - and it was. I especially loved the breakfasts. Honestly. They’re really good. I’m a vegetarian and there was always a hot, veggie option. The items were flavourful and the wee kitchen staff were always there, helpful and friendly. |It’s a convenient location and close to a good grocery store. With a microwave in the room, you’re very self-sufficient. Comfy bed. Good shower. Reasonably priced.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We used them for our wedding block that we setup months in advance. As the the groom, we checked in on Friday for our 2 days we booked months before. On the morning of my wedding I woke up to a message saying checkout is at 12. I had to leave my bachelor party early to go to the hotel and see what happened, because all of my wife's belongings were in the room and she was already at the venue getting ready. When I arrived they told me they were completely booked and couldn't do anything about it. After explaining the situation, I heard them on the phone say they're over booked by 6 rooms. They accommodated me after explaning that I have my wedding in a couple of hours and need it fixed. However, They changed my booking and multiple of my guests

We stay here a few times a year. Our recent visit was a bit disappointing. Room needed to be painted, lots of stuffs and dings on the walls. The tiolet wouldn't stop running in room 324. Told house keeping but they didn't understand. They didn't refresh our room very well & ran out of towels. Breakfast area was great! Clean, organized and the woman managing was efficient and very friendly. Over all the staff is very nice and friendly but our room was run down. I hope they improve quickly as well as the cleaning staff gets up to speed for our next visit in March. Location is convenient!

It smells like a spa as soon as you enter the lobby. The fruit infused fresh water was delish! The front desk staff were attentive, happy and personable. The décor of the lobby & rooms were all a pretty aqua which is my fav and it was spotless! The breakfast buffet was fresh and hot. Bernard the shuttle drive was super fun & shared good restaurant ideas too! The billing was perfect. I would easily stay there again!

It was really a pleasure to stay at SpringHill Suites Vero Beach, Vero Beach, FL October 27-November 1, 2025. I primarily chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Grand Harbor neighborhood and stores while I moved into my house in this community. In addition, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and furnishings. I was pleased that the room was quiet with no noise from the street, hall, or other rooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the housekeepers, Heather at breakfast, and the front desk personnel. |I especially want to commend Kam at the front desk for all his help.
