SpringHill Suites by Marriott Roanoke North

We needed a hotel for the night during our roadtrip back home from New York and this hotel was perfect. We have two little kids and the little living room area being separated from the bedroom gave my toddler plenty of room to play and get the energy out after a long car ride. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great as well. I believe the manager checked us in and his name was Robin, he was very nice and friendly and the check in was smoothe. We didn’t use the gym or pool but they seemed top notch. The area doesn’t have much food around but we were able to Uber Eats food. The front desk informed me that they were working on a menu for the Lounge which will be good. We will definitely stay here again next time we drive up to New York.

I had reserved a king room. Since I arrived early, they gave me 2 queen beds. I am just happy they allowed me to check in at 12:30pm. There is a nice fitness center on site and a heated indoor pool. The pool was clean but a little chilly. I shot some hoops at the basketball court. You can ask the front desk for the bballs. There are MANY awesome restaurants within 1 mile.

We enjoyed our brief visit at Springhill Suites. We weren't there long enough to use the amenities, but we did observe at the pool a film on top of the water. Weren't quite sure what it could be. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The rooms were impressively spacious and clean. The closet was huge, the shower had good pressure, and the mirror even had a built in heater to defog itself. The pool is smaller (10 person occupancy) but it was a wonderful respite for us after a long day. The staff took good care of us and the continental breakfast was great. I have no complaints and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The manager, Robin Lowery, does a fantastic job running this hotel. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure our family was comfortable (we had 4 rooms total). The employees were nice and the breakfast had a great variety and was so good! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and surprised us with a lot of space. The bathrooms were large too and we loved the heated mirrors. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, but hope to on our next visit! Overall, a beautiful, clean room with friendly staff and a free breakfast all for a price that I feel can’t be beat.
