SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale

Needed to be close to Banner Estrella hospital and this location was perfect and just a 5 minute drive away. The hotel is very clean and had everything I needed. It also includes breakfast, which I didn’t have while I was here, but looked good. More than that, the staff, (namely the Manager, plus the front desk gal, Mele and Jennifer) helped me when my husband had to stay in the hospital longer than anticipated and at the last minute, found me a room due to an early check out. There were no other rooms available anywhere due to NASCAR weekend and spring training going on, and Springhill Suites was booked solid. The staff came through for me when I needed it most, and my husband was relieved for me as well. Jennifer helped me lug my bags to my new room and I was able to finally take a breat

It’s unfortunate that I took you off my tag list on google after years of coming to the area. I have only stayed at your hotel once. But I won’t be back. It’s frustrating to me that your hotel feels that they are worthy of $300+ room for 1 night. I have travelled all over the U.S. I have stayed at 3.5⭐️ to 5⭐️hotels in major cities. I don’t believe I have ever paid that much for a hotel room. The fact that I have stayed at a lot better hotels than yours, is saying something. I’m genuinely trying to not be facetious. I’m trying to inform you. I already have a hotel in the valley that I frequent. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. Generations of my family have stayed at this hotel because it’s the only one I trust. I am always willing to give people a chance. But after years of disappointment

Stayed here for 1 night for a rave nearby. It’s a good hotel and the lady at front desk was nice! She even gave me a birthday card! Only one thing is that I found hair in the shower floor and also tucked in one of the new towels. But other than that everything else was clean! They have free breakfast but did not get a chance to try it.

For a large family and for the location, it was definitely worth it. There’s lots of pluses, but it’s got some areas to improve on. Nevertheless, we’d still come back again!||Rooms had the right amount of beds and space. Two beds plus a large couch with a trundle bed. And they still had room for a desk, mini fridge, microwave and walk in closet. Closet is large, but having a bit more shelving or some drawers would be helpful. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. Having more than one towel rack, maybe extra hooks, would be helpful. Also having a separate space for the toilet would’ve also been helpful. Laundry room was across from our room, but we didn’t use it. Don’t know if they charge. ||Breakfast is included. Oatmeal, cereal, sausage, bacon, eggs, bagels/bread, milk,

I had a wonderful experience at SpringHill Suites Avondale. After a long travel day, I was quite exhausted, but Jamila at the front desk went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. She ensured all my needs were met and made me feel valued as a guest. Thanks to her, my stay started off on the right foot. I highly recommend this hotel, and Jamila’s exceptional service truly made the difference! On top of that, the rooms were very spacious and clean and the breakfast bar supplied adequate options.
