Located close to Camelback Ranch, the baseball Spring Training site. Lots of food options within walking distance. We checked in online at 4pm but arrived after 11pm and the 2-bed room we booked was gone. One person in our party had to sleep on the floor. It was a busy weekend and there was nothing we could do. The staff did her best to accommodate but nothing was available. She sent up extra pads, blankets, and sheets to make the floor comfortable and was apologetic. She even tried to get us two rooms but all were booked. It was a shame but she tried her best. We ended getting the room we wanted after two days of sleeping on the floor. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was reasonable. ||Had a pool, but it was noisy by the freeway and no hot tub.||The problem with the hotel is the proximity to the freeway and the noise. Terrible sound insulation. I tried to switch my room to face away and they said no. Very hard to sleep even with ear plugs.||Also the cleaning is hit or miss. They say they come every other day but if your do not disturb sign is out at all during the day they will use it as an excuse and not clean. ||It’s a shame that the freeway noise makes this otherwise nice hotel unpleasant.

My husband and I went to this location recently. There was a guy there behind the desk, and I asked if we could have regular pillows instead of their feather pillows due to my allergies. He said well I don't know! I said well I asked ahead of time that I requested non feather pillows. He said I don't know I have to go see, he was very unfriendly!! So we saw him on the floor where we were heading for to go to our room, I said did you get the non feather pillows, he said very nasty, YES I GOT THEM!!! VERY RUDE PERSON! So when we went inside the room it smelled like someone had a bar b Que in there, and it smelled like rotten eggs!
