SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

Love was working the front desk this night when we got home from a long day & night of park hopping! She was friendly & hilarious! I specifically asked how to give her props! We bought some stuff from the store & she was as quick & great! Would come back just for her!! She had an electric personality, she was funny & energetic, made our night! The stay has been phenomenal other wise as well. Clean & easy check in, asking for a late check out, & the room cleaning every other day definitely made a difference. Would recommend & will be coming back!

We typically stay at resort properties or JW, Marriott, Gaylord, and are usually slightly disappointed with Spring Hill hotels, this is certainly the first review I’ve wrote for one because this hotel is worth noting. Great service from the front desk at the start, associate took the time to make us felt appreciated and clarified all the property information very well. Breakfast was GREAT and we I genuinely think was as good as if not better than the WDW Swan & Dolphin breakfast buffet which was $29 per person! The bar food was great and made for an easy dinner! Did not use the shuttle but it’s an excellent location with cheap uber and Lyft to all the theme parks and MCO. Cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone coming to the parks and it will be the ONLY place we stay in the future.

Positive: The rooms are a good size Negative: Parking is extra. We asked for cups and they wouldn’t bring them. They told us to go to the bar and get them. Extra fee if you check out at noon. Only 4 luggage carts for the whole hotel.

Stayed here for a theme park trip and honestly, it was a solid choice. The location is super convenient — close to all the parks but still tucked away enough to feel a little calmer at night. It made getting to Disney really easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I like that it’s an all-suite setup so you have a little extra room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and everything felt modern and well kept. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was included, which is always a plus before a long park day. It wasn’t anything fancy, but there were enough options to fill up. Only downside was it can get a little busy since it’s so close to the parks, and parking can add up. The hotel is in a prime location. It is off the Disney springs exit on I4 and only about 15 mins from the parks. I was worried after reading some of the reviews when I booked this hotel, but it was PERFECT! The room and bathroom seemed new and very clean. Breakfast was a wide variety of hot foods that the staff kept replacing with fresh items. Parking is $27 and not included in what I originally paid. They also put a $30 hold on your card, but this was refunded later. The hotel also has a decent sized arcade and my family loved the pinball machines. The pool looked nice even though we didn't go in it. Elevators worked well with a minimal wait, if any at all. We will surely be back!
