SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Nona

Exceptional Hospitality for Business & Pleasure I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista South for a series of business meetings, and I cannot recommend it enough. A huge thank you to Marelix Santiago, the Assistant General Manager. It was a pleasure meeting her; she was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to allow my colleague and me to utilize the hotel's resources for our meetings. The hotel is perfectly laid out for professional needs—we were able to get all of our work done in an appropriate business setting while enjoying the excellent room layout and breakfast offerings. Marelix and the entire team provided top-tier hospitality that made a real difference in our productivity. In the future, I will be advising all of my business colleagues to stay here

This is the single nicest Springhill Suites we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in quite a few as I am a Lifetime Platinum Elite Member. They honored our request for a first floor, non ada room. Kobe welcomed us, got us the ice we needed from the second floor. The room was fresh, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and well served by the personnel. Excellent location. I would highly recommend this property.

We've had a large group stay at this hotel a few times, and it has been a great experience. This year, I messed up and didn't return the contract, so our room block was removed. When they realized what happened, they reached out to a sister hotel for us and got them to honor the same rate for us and accommodate our large group. Patricia and Paul went way above and beyond for us, and I'm truly grateful.

Room was adequate, plenty of space but could have been cleaner. Good location close to the airport and a grocery. Breakfast was fine but could have used some healthy options like non-dairy milk and non-pork meats.
