SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

We stayed at SpringHill Suites, Marriott Village Buena Vista for three weeks, booked through Virgin Atlantic, and overall had a really positive experience.||The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with a small kitchenette. There’s no kettle, but there are coffee-making facilities and we were able to make tea using those. The room also comes with an iron and hairdryer, and was more than adequate for a longer stay.||The staff were friendly throughout, and the breakfast team deserve special mention. A lovely Spanish lady called Delia was the absolute highlight of our mornings, always greeting everyone with the biggest, warmest smile. She is a true asset to the hotel. We just stayed here for five nights and the service was accommodating to our late checkout, we had room service every day but on the first day they only cleaned my bed not the other one that was being used which was weird. There was some hair on the sink and bathroom floors so cleaning staff should be more efficient when cleaning. They also did not take all the trash every single day which was strange only some. Beds were comfortable and I had spine surgery and deal with disabilities and it was very comfortable for me. The only bad thing is the toilet paper literally cut me and my family. Just be prepared when you wipe it feels like a sand paper or bring your own toilet paper. Only a few minute walk to restaurants and few minute uber drive to the shops. Free Disney transportation was nice

Genuinely 5 stars. Shoutout to Pedro at the front desk for being patient and helping us with whatever we needed! Honestly, rooms are a bit dated - but that didn’t take away from the experience too much. Beware of the toilet squeaking noise however. It will come out of nowhere (as what happened to us numerous times) and scare you in the middle of the night, trust me. As for the amenities, breakfast was decent and best of all it’s free :). I didn’t personally go in the pool but it looked nice when we went out to check it out; plus there is a sprinkler area which is great if you have kids. The hot tub was nice too. So overall, a bit dated - and needs a bit of work around the edges, but it did not take away from my experience at all. For the price and location? Worth it.

Positive: "" Negative: Bathroom was in terrible condition. Mattresses sank in the middle, breakfast was terrible. Staff not helpful. Had zero knowledge of mandatory 25 dollar a night parking- with the additional money i had to pay i could've have booked a MUCH BETTER HOTEL. I

We have another Disney trip coming up and we will be staying again because this was a descent stay, super affordable and included breakfast. Two nights and we were barely at the hotel, my biggest concerns were having a clean bed and breakfast included. It’s so close to Disney without it being a Disney hotel. We stayed two nights over MLK weekend to visit Disney. There were two bus loads of students when we arriving Friday evening. So you can imagine my feelings on free breakfast time the next morning. The staff did their best to accommodate everyone and keep food out. I do feel this hotel needs more tables for the amount of people it is serving in the morning. Overall our room was clean and tidy.
