SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Convention Center/International Drive Area

We've stayed here twice and each time has been comfortable, clean and pleasant. My husband has frequent treatments at Advent Health and his rest and ability to relax is very important. We will be returning for future visits. Staff is awesome, friendly and very professional. Breakfast has been wonderful both times. Thank you so much, Marriott! We LOVE you!

Waterpark stay and wrestling ! Had a fun time here really wanted to stay here finally the rates are decent! Very clean property and all around ! We check in Friday the lady was nice gave us a high floor and took care of my friend who was arriving late. Got up to our room on 7th floor our room was ice cold when we went in! Beds very comfy ! Shower was great! Pool was good ! But tvs need to be bigger tbh ! Had a great time will definitely be back! Only flaw elevator was slow as hell! Room was very clean no bugs nothing!

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everyone was very nice. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.

Subject: Disastrous Experience at Springhill Marriott and Fairfield Marriott My wife and I had the worst possible experience upon our arrival at the Springhill Marriott on February 16th, which turned our trip to the KBIS conference into an absolute nightmare. We arrived with a work group, all of whom had reservations that were smoothly processed—except for ours. We were told that our reservation had been canceled at our request, which was completely false. The staff could not provide any explanation or confirm who within their office made the cancellation. We were then informed that no rooms were available at the Springhill Marriott due to the high demand from the KBIS conference. After a frustrating back-and-forth with hotel staff, they offered us a room 2 miles away at the Fairfield Mar

Decent stay, no complaints. Extremely easy and swift check in. 8mins from Universal studios. (Depending how many are in your party, its cheaper to Uber to Universal for $8 each way vs $32 for parking) Shout out to the gentlemen working the evening of Jan 26. About 7pm it seemed like everyone came in at the same time to check in. He was giving everyone the same excellent service. I had to wait a few mins because I needed some coins for the laundry, but I just loved that he never tried to rush anyone off. He took his time with each guest. The breakfast was also good and plenty of seating. The convention center was the next block behind the hotel. Alot of walkable eating places around like Dennys and McDonald's. Also Walgreens behind the lodging
