SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orlando, across from SeaWorld, in 3/2026. The hotel was built around 2009, and while the lobby has seen some upgrades, the rooms need major renovation. The showers and plumbing, in particular, need attention — there’s an odor coming up from the drains, clearly a maintenance issue. If you expect a 4.5-star Marriott experience, this isn’t it. I’d rate the property closer to 2 out of 5 stars. The staff is very responsive. When I reported issues, a repair engineer arrived immediately, and I was moved to another king room quickly, though I ran into similar problems (order smell from the shower). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Only 2 complaints: the bath towels I had were thin and scratchy, and the bathroom where you can get ready has the exhaust fan running constantly and you can’t turn it off. The lighting in there is also too dim for my preference. Overall it was clean and close to a CVS so if you need something or forgot something you are not spending a fortune. Would come again.

This hotel sucks. Its clean, but the management is rough. If you like staying at Marriotts or Hiltons, be prepared for a completely different experience. These are privately owned by Darden, who owns mainly chain restaurants. Manager is rude and they have some strict rules that make no sense. Really thin walls....and check in lines 45 people deep. Good luck This is the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. There is a Towneplace Suites 3 hotels down that is way better. Don't stay here.

I can't praise this location enough! From reservation to check out,service was stellar! The rooms are absolutely beautifully decorated with stylish mid mod furnishings. They are clean and well stocked.The location is centrally located to all the major attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extremely diverse for all preferences,well stocked,and clean. I give this location five stars! I will definitely be back!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is attentive. Whenever, I asked for anything, it would be delivered to the room within five minutes. The hotel does provide a free breakfast buffet with limited options, but the food was always quickly replenished and they managed to move crowds through. The pool is shared between two hotels, but we never had issues finding towels or space and it stays open until 11. Parking is also provided with the room. Our room was very clean and spacious - two queen beds and a pull out sofa. My only complaint is that we were charged for Wi-Fi in the room and I was not aware that this would be charged. We stayed over Christmas and New Year's which is already very expensive, so adding $4.95 a day to our bill for "data charges" just seems cheap to me. In this day and
