SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach Gulf Shores

What am amazing place. This hotel is only a few weeks old. Brian the hotel supervisor responded with due diligence and solved a a billing issue immediately. The housekeeping supervisor was so friendly and out going. The complimentary breakfast was hot and delicious. The wonderful lady in charge of the breakfast hospitality was so friendly and took care of everything we needed. Our family made the decision to return to this hotel next time we are in Orange beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was sparkling clean and pleasant. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!

Awesome stay at a brand new hotel! Found it last minute and it was such a nice pleasant surprise. Bryan and the guest services team were very attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Would love to stay again if I ever get the chance to come back to Orange Beach, AL.

Google maps has the parking listed in the wrong location. However, once you find parking the hotel was wonderful. It is brand new so everything is clean nice and beautiful. I didn’t get to try the pool but they have a nice size pool out front. They have a nice free breakfast and a full bar in the lobby. The rooms were tight but cozy with all new furnishings. The air conditioning unit had controls on the unit in the wall. They did not match up. Please note if you cannot get your air-conditioning working correctly it is because you need to look at the unit itself. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

I would like to commend Bryan Cason, Supervisor at the SpringHill Suites in Orange Beach, for his outstanding service. After a very disappointing experience at a nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites, Bryan took immediate action to ensure our stay was a positive one. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still ramping up operations, he went above and beyond to address our concerns and completely turn our experience around. The property was beautiful, well-appointed, and staffed by courteous professionals throughout. Thanks to his efforts, what could have been a ruined vacation became an excellent stay. We will gladly return and consider this our preferred hotel when visiting Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Thanks again, Bryan. You were amazing!!
