SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Moore

I just checked in for four nights. The sofa has stains all over it. I don’t know what they are. The sink is cracked. There’s only one person working in the front desk with no help another hotel using the Marriott name. The carpet is stained the room smells terrible from the outside. It looks like a newer property.

Lots of travel = lots of experience with hotels, motels and mostly Marriotts. This was the worst experience I've had in a long time from a place where never excellence but at the very least exceptional is the expectation of these locations. The area it is in is not great. We were located near the ice machine and the employee area, where they were shouting back and forth down the hallway and laughing throughout the night. The ice machine scraped and I heard shouts for help and disputes throughout the night. I could say that the room was at least nice. Until dark hit and our room was lit up like it was 9 am, because the blackout curtain was too short and didn't reach the wall. Liz went above and beyond for us — she was professional, empathetic, kind, and incredibly accommodating. She truly made our stay special. Because of her, every time I come to Moore, this will be the only property I choose. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and a perfect blend of contemporary style with classic elegance. You can tell high-quality materials were used throughout — from the wood finishes to the thoughtful layout. Our room was spacious, featuring two large queen beds, a sectioned-off couch area with a trundle bed, and even the option for a pack

I totally loved my stay. I had a full size fridge, a stove, dishwasher and all the flatware and cooking utensils and silverware. The living room area is comfy if you want to eat at the sofa. My bed was comfortable too. I just wish that hotels would have better water pressure and the shower curtains were newer and a bit wider cause the slightest gap you'll have water on the floor behind the toilet.

Just when I lost all faith in humanity, the staff at this location, restored it. My son was traveling with his hockey team and left his Wallet in the restroom in lobby. Michael (night crew) located it for him. He Kept it safe for him and turned it over to management when they came in. I spoke with Carmen, Who was kind and assured me, my son would get his wallet back. The wallet was packaged and shipped off to my son that same day. He received it back untouched! Thank you Carmen and Michael for being honest and being upstanding employees.
