Best Western Greentree Inn & Suites

The location was perfect for my needs, right of of Shields and I-35 on the Service Road. If you need to go NB to I-240, taking Shields is a great alternative to getting back on I-35, because the traffic in that particular area tends to bottleneck. To go SB, just take the Service Road, cross 12th Street at the intersection, and get right on the interstate at the ramp. Manager was very friendly at check- in, and went out of his way to make sure I had an upstairs room, per my request. He even made sure that my room was at the end of the hallway by the stairs, so i could easily take my dog directly outside to do her business. The room was clean, the AC worked well. Television selection was great. Breakfast had a lot of options, well stocked, and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt it was a great value!

We have been long-term Hilton members; however, over the past few years we have begun staying with the Best Western brand and have been consistently impressed with the quality of accommodations and overall value. This location was very reasonably priced for our short stay and offered a full hot breakfast, including eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, and more. The guest room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. We frequently travel between Kansas and Texas and often stay overnight to break up the drive. This property met our needs very well, and we will certainly choose to stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This hotel is easy to find and in a great neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a Jacuzzi room. The room was huge! The Jacuzzi was great and the bed was comfy. The heated pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The breakfast choices were good. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is good.

Rooms, carpets, and walls were very dirty and the beds are so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The very small shower enclosure had fresh red splatters of unknown origin splattered on the ceiling and walls. The bathroom door had an unknown chemical white powdery substance splotches all over the inside of the lower door and the door frame. All basebords were covered with dirt and dust. The windows are cheap allowing the noise from I35 traffic to be deafening most of the time. There are black spots on wall that might be mold. The "buffet breakfast" was not good. The scrambled eggs tasted like rubbery powdered eggs, the sausage and potatoes tasted like old leftovers that had been reheated. The potatoes were so hard I couldn't stick a fork into them.
