La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oklahoma City - Moore

We had a great experience. This hotel is in a great location. Quick access to nearby shopping,hotels,and all kinds of restaurants. Our check in was nice and easy. The receptionist was super kind and friendly. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good! I didn't give it a 5 mainly because it was not well lit inside the actual room and there was no shade on our window. It was close to the pool on the first floor and at night time it lit up like a Christmas tree with the light shining in our eyes and possibly people being able to see us from the outside. Room 206|Seamless enjoyable check in! Justin was extremely helpful and polite. Janet was minding the desk when we returned. Both had their cute holiday outfirs on. Judtin had a very merry sweater but Janet had the cutest Elf dress abd candy cane stockings. Very great desk Staff. Typical LaQuinta well kept. Clean. Great breakfast. Bed was very comfy. Great linens and towels. Well stocked bathroom and coffee corner. Easy easy access to everything. Interstate and city. I recommend!! Even near interstate and a massively9 busy intersection, our room was very quiet. Room was very dark! Love a dark room. Hall noise was a bit loud but nothing out of hand.

Positive: It was convenient Negative: It said it had a spa but it was bricked up. So no spa. The pool was cold. Not just cool but ice cold and murky.

If you’re looking for a place to stay near Oklahoma City, Moore or Norman, look no further than this La Quinta here in Moore. Right off the freeway, but far enough back you cannot hear it. I have no idea how long this hotel has been here, but it certainly looked, smelled and seemed nice enough to be pretty dang new. Desk staff, especially Janet, are dialed in , happy and friendly. Jacuzzi tub on our room, unexpected!!!! Daily, real breakfast from 0600-0900. Fresh cookies and hot and cold beverages in the lobby. They have meeting rooms, fitness, laundry and plenty of parking. It is a pet friendly hotel if you’re traveling with your fur kids.

It was only a short stay but this location had the most gracious and kind hotel staff that I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I was totally lost and could not find my room and was walked to my room by Jane who was very courteous and funny. She helped me with my bags since my I'm old and my gimpy back couldn't handle strain of carrying all 4 pieces by myself. Boy she was strong! We chatted and she recommended to me some of the great restaurants to try in the area. (I went with her first choice, Cheevers and she could not have been more right). She was just getting off when I checked out and gave me a big smile and wave. Excellent service, will make this place my go-to whenever I'm in town.
