SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Myers Estero

Sophia was absolutely warm and welcoming! Property was well located, great easy parking with entrances from both the front and back lobby. The room was spacious with a tv, microwave and refrigerator. The desk separating the bed and the couch was an awesome set up with a pocket door for the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The hotel is very clean, the room was very spacious, and the customer service at the front desk was very friendly and efficient! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was accommodating when a special request was made. I highly recommend this hotel!

I would not recommend this hotel they have very bad customer service and off course lie to their customers. We made a reservation from October 1st to October 3rd for 2 nights. We only stayed for one night I advised the front desk at 4:46 via email in regards that we checked out early. Our crew literally checked out before 1pm. When I sent out an email advising we checked out early we were advised that they would give us a credit on his next stay they even called my husband to tell him plus I have the mail. My husband checked in October 6 yesterday I realized they charged him the full stay I send out an email to management regarding the credit that we were supposedly suppose to receive off course it was a lie. Later on the day I receive a call from Andrew with excuses but trying to sugar co
